In the preserves category we use exclusively Scottish fruit for all our strawberry, raspberry, blackcurrant, rhubarb and redcurrant products as we believe that ingredients of this quality create the finest preserves, particularly when manufactured in the traditional open pans.
These pans also allow us to create multi fruit products of the highest standard as we batch process and can easily add several types of fruit to create distinctive varieties i.e. raspberry & redcurrant, scottish three berry preserve and three fruit marmalade.
